We can cover the accommodation of a limited number of young participants. Priority will be given to PhD and Master students, but we will also consider postdocs in case we have rooms left.
Accommodation will be in double rooms in a *** Hotel. If you wish to apply for a grant you should:
- Fill in this form by November 20th, 2023.
- Ask a faculty member to endorse your application, and include his/her information in the form above. We will contact the endorser directly if we need to.
We will let you know whether we can give you an accommodation grant by November 28th.
Accommodation grants are independent of registration. Even if you get one, you still need to register with same process, fees and deadlines mentioned in the registration page.
